Olivia Tawzer is an artist from Chattanooga, TN. She received her BFA in Painting and Drawing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2021. Later that year, she received her state tattooing license and works out of Standard Ink Tattoo Company.

Olivia's paintings explore themes of gender, power, and belonging with a practice based in storytelling and figuration. Her narratives emerge from an accumulation of memories, imagination, and observation. Growing up in the Bible belt of Southern Appalachia deeply informs her work​.

​As a tattooer, Olivia created the Grief Garden Tattoo Project in 2022, a bridge between her tattooing and painting practice. This is an ongoing project that has had over fifty participants. Her other tattoo work focuses on line-based illustrative and ornamental designs.
